We are currently employing 350 people. Since the expansions of our factories from making only tube tires, we are now also producing MCT / passenger tires for motorcycle. Not only that we are now in a development stage to make the tires even more safe when they riding with our tires using RFT (Run Flat Tire) Technology. It would be the first one of its kind in Indonesia to use RFT Technology in motorcycle tires. We are also in the planning stage of making the tires more environmentally friendly.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

PROFILE

Education:
S1 in Technical Industry or Technical Machinery).

Professional experience:
5 – 10 years and preferably has the knowledge of tube and MCT tires for motorcycles and cars.

Language:
• Excellent level of Indonesian.
• Good level of English.


Skills:
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office Packages,
as it is an essential component for meetings.
• Bridge Builder.
• Used to work in an International environment.
• PRO-ACTIVE.
• Good time management.
• Self Discipline.






JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Ensuring planned KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
• Ensuring the production is cost effective.
• Ensuring implementation and evolution of safety procedures.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practice.
• Optimise resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organistaion.
• Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Ensuring the discipline, health and safety guideline are followed and meet expectations.
• Ensuring coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives.
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of Millennium tires.
• Liaising with a wide range of organisations involved in areas such as race relations, disability, gender, age, religion, disciplinary and health and safety.
• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions both in English and Indonesian, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
• Undertaking regular salary reviews.
• Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.
• Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
• Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
